Hi, I'm Madi!

Have you been feeling completely exhausted by daily life, trapped in a cycle of persistent anxiety, low mood, or severe burnout? Whether you are constantly carrying a heavy weight of worry, feeling emotionally drained, or struggling to find motivation, it can feel like you are running on empty and disconnected from the life you want to lead.

Relief is within reach when you have a safe, supportive space to slow down and catch your breath. I offer a friendly, empathetic, and non-judgmental environment where we can address the root causes of your stress and overwhelm. Together, we will work on practical coping strategies and meaningful processing to help you restore balance, regain your energy, and reclaim peace of mind.

I am passionate about working with adults 18 and older from all walks of life and creating a space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood. I have a particular interest in working with women during the postpartum period, shaped in part by my own experience navigating life after childbirth and the perspective that experience has given me.

I am especially drawn to helping clients through periods of transition, emotional overwhelm, and the challenges that can come with adjusting to a new season of life. While postpartum support is an area I feel strongly about, I welcome the opportunity to work with adults from diverse backgrounds and experiences, tailoring support to each person’s needs.

I earned my master’s degree in the spring of 2026 and bring hands-on clinical experience from my graduate internships and my current work as a therapist, most recently serving children and families with behavioral health needs. I am working toward my full clinical license (LMHC) under the supervision of Katie Oberg, LCSW. I am looking forward to getting to know you!

My Story

I work with adults 18 and older who are navigating anxiety, burnout, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. I have a particular interest in supporting women during the postpartum period and strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel comfortable, understood, and able to work toward greater balance.

I earned my master’s degree in spring 2026 and bring clinical experience from my graduate internships and current work as a therapist, including work with children and families needing behavioral health support. I am currently working toward full clinical licensure under the supervision of Katie Oberg, LCSW, and use a collaborative, individualized approach that blends meaningful processing with practical coping strategies.
