About Us
At Artemis Behavioral Health, we help our clients overcome the difficult residual symptoms related to a variety of life experiences, including traumatic experiences, management of chronic illnesses, and stress management, so they can increase happiness and satisfaction with their everyday lives.
Do you feel like your past experiences have been impacting the way you see the world and your life today? Perhaps you’ve been feeling uncomfortable, overwhelmed or more easily thrown off balance, and can’t seem to feel safe or satisfied with your day to day life. Maybe you’ve been diagnosed with a chronic illness and you’re having trouble managing your day to day wellness and keeping up with your self-care routine.
Often when people seek therapy, they are simply hoping to feel more in control of their emotions, their reactions to their world, and feel confident in the path their life is taking. Our goal is to help our clients understand the root of the barriers that are keeping them from achieving their visions and dreams, while helping them heal from past negative experiences that are causing ongoing stress. We also work with clients to help them achieve a healthy balance between their daily stressors, responsibilities and their own wellness.
